Worship & Fine Arts Minister Dave Wilson	Adult Choir News Our Adult Choir Ministry is such a blessing to our worship services! If you are interested in participating in this great musical opportunity, we’d love to have you join us. Weekly rehearsals are held in the Choir Room on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 8:30pm. We generally sing for worship services 3 Sundays each month in both services. Following the presentation of our Combined Choir Patriotic Musical, "Homeland," on June 27th, we will take a break from weekly rehearsals. We will sing a special in worship on Sunday, July 18th and Sunday August 15th (please meet in the Choir Room those mornings at 8:45am for a brief rehearsal). Our first rehearsal of the new Choir year will be held on Wednesday, August 4th from 7:00 - 8:30pm. New (and returning!) singers are welcome to join us then.
“Shining Stars” Kids Choir Our Shining Stars Kid’s Choir is a wonderful way for your kids to be involved in music and worship. This opportunity for kids is open to children ages 3 years - 5th grade. Weekly rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:00pm in Room 106. We usually sing a special for worship on the last Sunday of the month. We are currently taking a break from rehearsals for the summer. Rehearsals will resume sometime in August/September. Keep watching for details. Not only do we learn songs to sing for worship and other special events, but we learn about music and have fun together. Gina Shelton leads this group. Get your kids or grandkids involved in this great music opportunity for kids.
Praise Band & Worship Team Our Praise Band and Worship Team is a vital part of each of our worship services. We meet each Sunday mornings at 8:30am to rehearse the music for our morning service. Our next Sunday Luncheon/Rehearsal will be held on Sunday, August 8th, immediately following the 2nd worship service. We work on new songs for worship at these special rehearsals.
